An order is made to distrain the townships of Dalton and Greasbrough for the reason that they have not maintained the mill pond.
An order is made to distrain Radolphus of Firsby to answer for an oak tree felled in the fields of Conisbrough which he has taken.
D2. Court at Conisbrough Tuesday in the octave of St Matthew the Apostle in the aforesaid year (21 September, late C13).
Radolphus of Firsby came and paid a fine of 2 shillings for the former felled oak tree which he had taken. Robert of Clifton stood surety.
G1. Court at Conisbrough Tuesday next before the feast of St Simon and St Jude (28 October) in the eleventh year of the reign of King Edward son of King Edward (1317/18).
Elias Tilly of Blyth, plaintiff, through John de Vescy his attorney, in a plea of debt against Nicholas of Firsby. And because the said Nicholas did not come to reply, therefore it is order that he be distrained.

G4. Court at Conisbrough Tuesday next after the feast of St Martin the Bishop (11 November).
Elias Tilly of Blyth, through John his attorney, against Nicholas of Firsby in a plea of debt. And the plaintiff, the aforesaid Nicholas, his goods distrained by law, did not come. Therefore it is ordered that he is to be more heavily distrained.
Elias of Firsby because he did not enter his lands which he had taken back from Nicholas Cody, grave of Conisbrough, amerced 12d.
Elias of Firsby gives 12 pence for permission to rent one bovate of land in Firsby, which Robert son of Oeyne formerly held, until the heirs of the same Robert come to their lawful age, for services thence, etc.
G5. Court at Conisbrough Tuesday in the feast of St Nicholas (6 December) in the eleventh year of the reign of King Edward son of King Edward (1317).
Nicholas of Firsby, defendant, against Elias Tilly of Blida in a plea of debt by Hugh de Hayes, pledge Elias of Firsby. And the aforesaid Elias (of Blida) presents himself through John de Vescy. A day has been given (for a hearing at the next court).

It is ordered to attach Robert Oaswyne for a sparrowhawk he had stolen in the Haye of Conisbrough.
John of Ravenfield, plaintiff, against William le Turner in a ple of trespass, pledge the aforesaid Godroberd.
G8. Court of Conisbrough held Tuesday next before the feast of St Margaret the Virgin in the twelfth year of the reign of King Edward son of the king (1318).
Still another attachment of Robert Gaswyne is ordered for a sparrowhawk he had stolen in the Haye of Conisbrough.

Elias Tilly of Blida, plaintiff, and Nicholas of Firsby agree by licence in a plea of debt, and the aforesaid Elias submits himself, pledge John de Vescy. Amerced 3d.
H1. Court at Conisbrough Thursday next after the feast of St Michael (29 September) in the twelfth year of the reign of King Edward noble son of King Edward.
It is ordered just as before to further attach Robert Gaswyn for a sparrowhawk he had stolen in the Haye of Conisbrough.
