The Centre for Gender Studies in Europe at the University of Sheffield has provided a forum for interdisciplinary research activity (seminars, conferences and publications) since 2000. The Centre maintains a database of Gender Studies projects. Researchers and teachers can use this database to:

• identify colleagues with similar gender interests in the Arts and Social Sciences, and find out about their current work and any relevant publications;
• make details of their own work and publications accessible for researchers within and beyond this University;
• facilitate interdisciplinary research projects and funding applications.
