The source is transcribed "Rachel Herbert aged abt. 30 Years upon Oath saith she never who married". On checking the manuscript, I would say that "who" should be transcribed as "was". A descender from the line above comes down to the letter "a", and was therefore read as an ascender of "h". Once one ignores the descender, "was" seems a likely reading, and makes more sense.
