Citation doesn't appear in Bibliography
The Bibliography is necessarily more complex than ordinary parts of the wiki, and so there is more that can go wrong when adding material. If you added a new citation but it doesn't show up in the OBPO bibliography as you expected, try the following steps.
- Refresh the display page in your browser (usually F5, Ctrl-R, or Cmd-R on a Mac).
- Purge the display page in the wiki cache. There may be a 'Refresh' tab at the top of the page which you can click on. If not the simplest way to do it is by adding ?action=purge to the end of the URL in your browser's address bar and then hitting Enter.
- Check the properties markup in the citation carefully in case of typing or spelling errors. The page will have a 'Browse properties' link at the very bottom of the sidebar to the left of the screen; this can be helpful for spotting mistakes.
- In particular, check the keyword properties. If there are errors here the citations will not display properly.
If you have checked everything and still have no success, get in touch.
