His additus est tumulus Nobilis viri Pauli Knibbii, Serenissimi Daniæ Regis Consiliarii, Generi supradicti Adolphi à Meetkerck qui dum apud Serenissimam Aug. Reginam dicti Regis Legatum agit Lond. Piè defunctus est, 8. Id. Octob. M. D. XII.

Here resteth the Body of William Purde, Esq; late Clerke of the Pipe and Privie Seale. Which payed the generall Tribute of Nature, divided from the mundane Vexations by natural death, the 15 day of August, the 31 yeere, in the reigne of King Henry the eighth.

Heere lyeth Robert Greene, Gentleman, who deprated this World on Thursday, the twelfth of November, and was buried in this Church, upon Saturday the fourteenth day of the same Moneth, 1590.

Here under this Tombe lyeth the Body of Dame Anne Pakington, Widdow, late Wife of Sir John Pakington, Knight, late Chirographer in the Court of Common Pleas. Which Dame Anne deceased the 22. day of August, in the yeere of our Lord God, 1563.

Michael Crud, Divini Verbi Concionator, atque hujus Ecclesiæ Pastor fidelis, post vitam piè gestam, tam in partibus transmarinis, quam in natali solo, in Anno ætatis suæ quinquagesimo, pacificè dormivit in Christo, atque juxta tumulatur, impensis Margaretæ ejus relictæ quæ hoc fieri in fœlicem Mariti memoriam curavit.

Gulielmus iste Croydoniæ (Surriæ Comitatus emporio) natus, Gulielmi Mill, & Hawisiæ Harwell, secundo genitus, ex antiqua Millorum de Horscombe (Agri Governiensis) familia oriundus, liberaliter educatus, Graiensis Hospitii Alumnus, in literis fœliciter versatus, Consilii Sanctioris in Camera quam Stellarum dictitant Amanuensis prius per annos quinquaginta, deinde Clericus, & Actuarius summus, viginiti plus minus ibidem suis meritis evasit. Fratres duos Nicolaum & Johannem innuptos, Elizabetham, Franciscam, Milicentiam, Margaretam, atque Annam, uterinas, & Margaretam sororem habuit. Margaretam, Thomæ Greeke, Fisci Regii Baronis, filiam, (Gulielmi Butleri, viduam) in uxorem grandævus duxit. Tandem Londini in Carthusianis 16 die Julii, Anno Verbi incarnati, 1608. Ætatis suæ 71. (nulla suscepta prole) vitam ærumnosam ut Christo viveret piè sed placidè commutavit.
